Inkjet Bannerstand Materials – Printed in the USA We print using the Cannon 12-color hi-res inkjet printers at 2400dpi. Files can be submitted in either CMYK or RGB formats. The Cannon printers have RGB ink sets that produce some of the brightest colors available and these ink sets are used in both CMYK & RGB outputs. These printers also hit 95% of PMS spot color call outs.

We print on a material called “Inkjet Poly Banner” This is a polyester based (plastic) material. We then laminate both sides using a thermal process with 3ml gloss on the back side and a 3ml textured lamination on the front. This textured face lamination is scratch resistant, glare resistant & fingerprint resistant and is used on 90% of all tradeshow graphics. Because it is thermal heat applied, we literally melt all three layers of material together so that it becomes one-piece to prevent any de-lamination over time.

Beware of smooth laminations, as the smooth materials can get light scratches and mar, as banners are pulled up and down over long term usage. Also beware of paper print materials, as paper is a composite material that can de-laminate with usage as the material is tightly rolled around the banner stand cartridges.
