- Who is Exhibit Wholesale?
Exhibit Wholesale is a division of Exhibit Options, a leading distributor
of portable display systems (www.exoptions.com).
- How do I place an order?
Call the toll free number, and a sale associate would be glad to take your
order over the phone.
- Can I have a next day shipment?
If we receive your order by 10:00am PST, Exhibit Wholesale can ship your
order the next business day. Imperial, Coal, and Silver are available
for next day shipment. Other colors are available within 5-7 working days.
Graphics ship within 5-7 working days after approval.
- How do I pay for merchandise?
You can pay by Check, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard.
- How are freight charges handled?
We will add the shipping charges to your invoice.
- How do you ship?
All shipments are made with Fed-Ex only! We do not ship UPS. We offer
Fed-Ex next-day, Fed-Ex 2-day, Fed-Ex 3-day, and Fed-Ex ground.
- Can I use a third party billing account for shipping?
We do not use third party billing. All shipments are shipped FedEx
and charged at standard FedEx posted rates by zone #.
- How does the lifetime guarantee and warranty work?
The hardware has a lifetime warranty based on the manufacturer’s warranty
certificate. If the hardware becomes broken due to manufacturing defects,
we will provide you with a return authorization form to ship the product
back for repair or replacement. In some cases you can make the repairs.
